Capitol Hill is a beautiful place to stroll on any given day. It is home to some of the most quaint homes, cutest shops, places to eat and a hidden gallery I now know as The Fridge. It was a happy accident as we wandered into a back alley only to find an quiet place to shoot. We found the graffiti wall and we were sold. The owner was so kind, he welcomed us shooting and even invited us to the show later that evening. He shared a little about the gallery & how it showcases emerging & established art, also, hosts concerts of all genres. Stumbling upon this gem was such a pleasure.
I have been anti-jeans for as long as I can remember. I get more excited playing around with layering pieces, dresses, joggers, and leggings. It is so hard to find jeans that fit my waist and height without dragging the floor. I was in Nordstrom and tried the Leigh ankle skinny jean by TOPSHOP and I never looked back. The fit is amazing, with a variety of styles and they are cropped just right for us short gals. Although I am still a dress girl all the way (especially with spring coming), thanks to TOPSHOP I am finally able to throw jeans in rotation. BTW, I have had this denim jacket since the 8th grade.
